Ingredients:
- Lapsi boiled – 1 cup
- Chopped ginger – 1 tsp
- Chopped garlic – 1 1/2 tsp
- Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
- Chopped onion – 2 tsp
- Chopped cauliflower – 1/4 cup
- Chopped carrot – 1/4 cup
- French beans choppeds – 1/2 cup
- Capsicum chopped – 2 tsp
- Cabbage – 1/4 cup
- Chopped spring onion – 2 tsp
- Salt
- White pepper – 1 pinch
- Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
- Soya sauce – 1 1/2 tsp
- Seasoning cube – 2 pinch
- Corn flour – 4 tsp
- Salt – 2 pinch
- Oil – 2 tsp and for shallow frying
- Steamed corn – 3 tsp
Methods:
- Boil lapsi for 5 minutes and strain it in strainer. Remove excess water.
- Take cauliflower, carrots, add cabbage in a bowl, add some salt and keep aside for 10 minutes. Strain well for remove water.
- Add lapsi (broken wheat). Add 3 to 4 tsp of cornflower to this mixture. Add 2 pinch salt, 3 pinch of seasoning powder and white pepper powder. Make small balls and deep fry it in medium hot oil till crisp. Remove on a plate.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan on high flame. Sauté ginger, garlic, chopped onions and green chilies. Add the sauces, seasoning powder.
- Add deep fried balls. Add 1 tsp corn flour (mixed in 3 – 4 tsp of water). Add spring onion. serve hot topped with steamed corn kernels.
