Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese cubes- 250gms
- Garlic chopped- 1/2 tsp, Granted proccessed cheese- 1 cup
- Mozzarella- 1 cup
- 1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala
- 1/2 tsp. rostd ground cumin.
- 1/2 tsp. red chilli powder
- Salt
- Tomato puree- 1 cup
- Chopped onion- 1 cup
- Capsicum chopped- 4 tsp
- Chopped coriander
- Chopped green chillies- 1 tsp
- Butter- 1/2 tsp
- Oil- 1 tsp

For Naan:
- Plain flour (Maida)- 500 gms
- Oil- 5-6 tsp
- Dry yeast- 2 tsp (soaked in 25 ml warm water with little sugar, so that yeast in activated)
- yogurt- 1/2 cup
- Sugar- 1 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Milk- As needed

Method:
- Make a doughof naan using mentioned ingredients. Keep aside for proving for 45 mins. Divide the dough on three four round balls keep aside.
- Meanwhile make masala.To make masala, heat butter and oil in pan, saute garlic, onion, capsicum, Add spices and tomato puree. cook masala nicely and paneer cubes, adjust seasoning. Masala should be of thick consistency.
- Roll the naan in elongated shape, rest for 5 mins. Half bake it at 200 degrees for for 4 minutes, top with paneer masala, processed cheese and mozzarella.Again bake for 5 to 7 mins till naan is cooked and cheese is melted, Serve hot garnished with coriander.
